With the implementation of the Guarantee of Availability, we wish to reassure you that ourcommitment remains unwavering. We will continue to serve our customers with clarity and transparency, ensuring that you have all the information needed to make informed decisions.
Multi Lighting offers warranties ranging from one to five years on all its products, depending on the specific item. These warranties may include the free supply of replacement parts, a complete product replacement, or a full in-store credit in certain specific situations. Our warranties do not cover repair services, installation, removal, or any costs related to labour and/or equipment.
In the context of Bill 29 – the Guarantee of Availability, introduced by the Consumer Protection Office, Multi Luminaire wishes to clarify its position. While we can often provide, for a fee, various replacement parts for our products once the warranty period has expired, we cannot guarantee their availability.
That being said, the nature of our industry and its manufacturers does not allow Multi Luminaire to offer the Guarantee of Availability. We therefore inform you that, unless otherwise indicated, all our products will bedesignated as having “non-availability” status, according to the terminology used in the proposed legislation.
