Delivery and conditions

Delivery

Multiluminaire.ca uses the ‘Expedited Parcel’ by Canada Post or the Nationex carrier to ship orders across Canada exclusively. If you are not present at the delivery, Canada Post lets you a notice card showing you where the parcel can be picked up (Canada Post or postal counter closest to you). You have 15 days to pick up your parcel. After that, it is returned to us with fees. If you are not present at the time of delivery, Nationex will come back the next business day. If we have to return the parcel, you will have to pay back the fees for the return to our warehouse and the fees for the reshipping to your address. If there is an error, on your part, for the information about your address, zip code, apartment, suite etc., the same fees of returning and reshipping will apply.

Shipping delay

Item in stock: Your product will be shipped the same day (order received BEFORE 2:00 pm) or the next business day (order received AFTER 2:00 pm) following the confirmation of your order. Your order is shipped by Canada Post (Express Post) or Nationex. You will receive your order within 2 to 8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, except for holidays.

Liquidation section: Your order is sent to the supplier. After the supplier's deadline, your order is received at our warehouses and sent to you by Canada Post (Express Post) or Nationex the next business day. You will receive your items within 2 to 8 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Item in order: Your order is sent to the supplier. After the time frame established by the supplier, your order is received at our warehouse and will be shipped by Canada Post (Express Post), the next business day. You will receive your order within 2 to 8 business days once we receive it at our warehouse. For products on order, they will be shipped as we receive the products from the supplier at our web warehouse. In other words, you may receive more than one package for your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays.


Tracking number

Multiluminaire.ca will provide you with a tracking number by email as soon as the goods are shipped. You can track your package with this tracking number on the Canada Post or Nationex website. This then tells you the status of your order.

Risk of loss

Any purchase through Multiluminaire.ca is made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and propriety rights relating to the goods is passed on to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.

In-Store Pick Up

The selected store prepares your order within one hour during business hours. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup at the desired store. You must have your confirmation of WEB order on you when picking up. You have 9 days to make the pickup at the selected store. After the nine-day period, your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded.

International shipments

We are currently unable to accept international shipments or to perform them.
