Order approval

Receiving an email confirmation for an order does not automatically mean that Multiluminaire.ca accepts said order and is not a confirmation of commitment to sell the mentioned goods. Multilumiaire.ca reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse to do business with a customer and/or to set a limit of quantity for any item of an order. At any time, it may be necessary for Multiluminaire.ca to verify personal or credit informations before accepting any order.

Out of stock product

Multiluminaire.ca cannot guarantee the availability of products offered on the site. At any time before Multiluminaire.ca receives the out of stock product(s), you can cancel your order by calling the site’s customer service. Multiluminaire.ca will never be responsible for any damage you may have suffered due to a stockout.

Products description

Multiluminaire.ca and its affiliates do everything in their power to ensure the greatest accuracy on the site. However, Multiluminaire.ca cannot guarantee that the description of products or any other content on Multiluminaire.ca is exact, complete, reliable, up to date or error-free.

Price

The prices of our products are in Canadian dollars, with added applicable taxes. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Canadian dollars. Multiluminaire.ca reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products are always billed on the basis of rates in effect at the time the order was placed.

Risk of loss

Any purchase through Multiluminaire.ca is made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and propriety rights relating to the goods are passed on to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.

Disclaimer

Multiluminaire.ca is not responsible for costs incurred after receipt of a damaged or defective item (example: electrician's fees).

Defective or damaged product

Following receipt of your goods, you have 14 days to contact WEB customer service to report a damaged or defective product. A defective or damaged product is not an exception to our return policy. Multiluminaire.ca will not in any circumstance be responsible for any damage you may suffer due to a defective or damaged item.

Defective part: Following your service call, the replacement part will be shipped to you free of charge.

Non-repairable product: Following your service call, we will proceed to the exchange once we received and inspected your defective item at our warehouse. The service must provide you with an exchange number and a return coupon before you proceed to your shipment.

One year warranty on products unless otherwise stated.



Return

You need to contact WEB customer service within 14 days to start the process of returning the articles. The service must provide you with a return number before you proceed with your shipment. The items and their packaging must be complete, unaltered (in their exact original condition). The customer must cover shipping costs for any return of merchandise. The customer must contact WEB customer service (by phone or Email) to provide the tracking number from the carrier and must insure the returned merchandise since he remains the owner of the items until they are received. When warehouse staff confirm that the items are intact (original condition), the WEB customer service will issue a refund of the returned items at the original price paid. All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns, are not refundable. No return will be accepted in store unless exception approved by the WEB customer service.

Final sale

Some of our products are in FINAL SALE. Those products are not exchangeable or refundable. They will be specially ordered for you and/or can’t be taken apart once installed or if it is a product of our LIQUIDATION SECTION. The manufacturer warranty is still available for products. If the product is defective or damaged, we will send you the parts or replacement for the same product only.

Tracking number

Multiluminaire.ca will provide you with a tracking number by email as soon as the goods are shipped. You can track your package with this tracking number on the Canada Post website. This then tells you the status of your order.

Are the prices displayed on the site the same as in store?

Multiluminaire.ca is independent from the Multi Luminaire stores and can offer prices that are exclusive to the virtual store. Moreover, there are promotions that only apply to a certain Multi Luminaire location and are therefore not offered on the site.

Does Multiluminaire.ca align its prices to the competition?

No, the pricing policies of Multiluminaire.ca are independent of those of its competitors.
