Order approval

Receiving an email confirmation for an order does not automatically mean that accepts said order and is not a confirmation of commitment to sell the mentioned goods. reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse to do business with a customer and/or to set a limit of quantity for any item of an order. At any time, it may be necessary for to verify personal or credit information before accepting any order. We reserve the right to cancel an order (including an accepted order) if the price or important information is inaccurate on the website. If we cancel your order, you will be notified that the order has been canceled and refunded according to your initial payment type.

Out of stock product cannot guarantee the availability of products offered on the site. At any time before receives the out of stock product(s), you can cancel your order by calling the site’s customer service. will never be responsible for any damage you may have suffered due to a stock out.

Any purchase through is made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and propriety rights relating to the goods are passed on to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.

Defective or damaged product

Following receipt of your goods, you have 14 days to contact WEB customer service to report a damaged or defective product. A defective or damaged product is not an exception to our return policy. will not in any circumstance be responsible for any damage you may suffer due to a defective or damaged item.

Defective part: Following your service call, the replacement part will be shipped to you free of charge.

Non-repairable product: Following your service call, we will proceed to the exchange once we received and inspected your defective item at our warehouse. The service must provide you with an exchange number and a return coupon before you proceed to your shipment.

One-year warranty on products unless otherwise stated.


Postal return: You need to contact WEB customer service within 14 days to start the process of returning the articles. The service must provide you with a return number before you proceed with your shipment. The items and their packaging must be complete, unaltered (in their exact original condition). The customer must cover shipping costs for any return of merchandise. The customer must contact WEB customer service (by phone or email) to provide the tracking number from the carrier and must insure the returned merchandise, since he remains the owner of the items until they are received. When warehouse staff confirm that the items are intact (original condition), the WEB customer service will issue a refund of the returned items at the original price paid. All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns, are not refundable.

In-store return: Upon receipt of your goods, you have 14 days to return them to one of our stores. You must have your confirmation of WEB order on you. Items and their packaging must be complete and unaltered (in the exact original state). When the customer service staff confirm that the items are intact (original condition), the branch will issue a notice to the WEB customer service so that it performs the refund of items returned to the original price paid. All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns, are not refundable.

This return policy does not apply to products that are marked Final Sale.

Final sale

Some of our products are in FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be granted on products from our SECTION LIQUIDATION as well as final sale products (special order). They will be specially ordered for you and/or can’t be taken apart once installed. The manufacturer warranty is still available for products. If the product is defective or damaged, we will send you the parts or replacement for the same product only.

Tracking number will provide you with a tracking number by email as soon as the goods are shipped. You can track your package with this tracking number on the Canada Post or on the Nationex website. This then tells you the status of your order.

Are the prices displayed on the site the same as in store? is independent of the Multi Luminaire stores and can offer prices that are exclusive to the virtual store. Moreover, there are promotions that only apply to a certain Multi Lighting location and are therefore not offered on the site.

Gift card

The gift card can be purchases in any Multi Lighting stores in Quebec and Ontario as well as online on our website. The gift card is redeemable in all Multi Lighting stores in Quebec and Ontario. It is not applicable for online purchases on our website. The Multi Lighting gift card is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable. The gift card does not have an expiration date. Multi Lighting cannot be held liable for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use. The gift card will be delivered in an envelope by Canada Post, regular mail, if bought online.
