1- A flush mount ceiling light can work perfectly for this room as it takes up little space and offers powerful and uniform lighting. If your ceiling is more than nine feet high, choose a semi-flush ceiling light. It’s a good compromise since it’s set further away from the ceiling than a standard ceiling light would be.

2- Wall sconces will add a touch of accent lighting to your bathroom. Place them on either side of the sink mirror.

3- Recessed fittings are always a good lighting solution. They are discreet and won’t clutter the space in this small room. Install them at least 18 inches from the walls. Here are the recommended installation distances according to recessed fitting type:

MR-16: One to every 4 to 6 feet

PAR-20: One to every 3 to 4 feet

GU-10: One to every 2 to 3 feet

LED: One to every 3 to 5 feet

4- Pendant light can also provide sufficient lighting on its own. Simply remember to leave a seven-foot below the pendant, so it’s possible to circulate underneath it.

5- Track lighting is a high-performance lighting choice for lighting specific areas.
